Skincare Guide to Cleansers

Self Care

Cleansing is one of the most important and foundational steps of taking care of your skin. It is critical for removing makeup, impurities, and dead skin cells from the skin. It aids in unclogging pores, preventing breakouts, and the overall health of the skin. Cleansing also plays a crucial role in maintaining the barrier function of your skin. Washing your face is a crucial first step in skincare so you can start off with a clean base for further treatments.

Depending on your skin type, different types of cleansers utilizing specific ingredients and consistencies can work best for you. The results driven skincare brand that I recommend is Glymed+. It is esthetician grade and I personally use it in my skincare routine and in my spa for professional treatments and have seen great results!

According to your skin type, these are the cleansers that I would recommend:

Dry: Mega Cream Cleanser

Oily: Purifying Cleanser with Salicylic Acid

Aging: Glycolic Facial Cleanser with 10% Glycolic Acid

Normal: Foaming Cleanser with Amino Acids

Sensitive: Mega Cream Cleanser
